China 12KV Indoor vacuum circuit breaker mechanism is an upgraded mechanism with full consideration of market requirements and usage. The mechanism has the advantages of simple mechanical rotation, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, high service life in the range of technical parameters, and it integrates a large number of matching pole installation size requirements on the market, to solve the customer’s confusion caused by matching degree.
•Scope of application：
This code applies to the coordination mechanism of China 12KV Indoor vacuum circuit breaker mechanism
•Operating mechanism parameters：
Center distance between phases: 210 soil 1mm(275+ 1mm), use 600mm box ruler to measure the center distance between AB and BC contact arm cylinder
Contact opening distance: 11+ 1mm overrange: 3.5.5
Overrange detection method: Use 0-150mm depth ruler to measure the distance between the bottom surface of the frame and the tie rod when the mechanism is in the closing state, denoted as A. Then use the pressure bar to cover the main shaft, and press down until the arc extinguishing chamber dynamic and static contact open good contact (the lamp sounds like not sound), the measured value is recorded as B.A– B= over range.
Open distance detection method: 0-150mm depth ruler. When the mechanism is in the state of switching, take the bottom surface of the mechanism frame as the datum, measure the distance from the frame to the section of the tie rod, denoted as C, and then use the press bar to cover the spindle, and rotate the press bar until the static and dynamic contact just contact (the through light seems to ring), the value is denoted as B. B–C=
