The circuit breaker adopts vacuum arc extinguishing technology, sealing pole technology and spring operating mechanism, the product breaking ability is strong, the electric field distribution is uniform, the mechanical life is long, the reliability is high, the maintenance free.

  High safety and reliability

  All high voltage components including cable terminals, voltage transformers and lightning arresters are closed with grounded metal casings for safety and reliability. – All the high voltage conductive parts in the secondary circuit are sealed in the stainless steel box with protection grade IP67, and the protection grade of the equipment shell is IP41. The stainless steel gas box box of the product is processed by imported laser cutting and welding equipment, and the import leakage detection equipment is used to quantitatively detect the leakage rate of the gas box unit box after the assembly is completed, so that the product is safe and reliable.

  Safe and simple operation

  The current transformer can be installed in the gas box or installed on the cable according to different requirements. The voltage transformer and lightning arrester are connected outside the cabinet and installed outside the air room. The installation and replacement are flexible. The circuit breaker and the three-station switch have both manual and electric operation functions, and there is a reliable mechanical interlock between the circuit breaker and the three-station switch to prevent misoperation.   Product structure :    

  The circuit breaker, bus bar and three-station switch are in the same gas-filled compartment, the air box is welded by non-magnetic stainless steel plate, and the non-welded sealing connecting surface is sealed by O-type rubber ring.  

  The high voltage component adopts compound design. The isolation switch and grounding switch are combined into a three-station switch, which shares a moving contact and is set on the bus side.

  The outer cone cable connection sleeve can be connected with multiple cables in parallel, and can also be connected with lightning arrester, etc. The current transformer is installed on the cable.

  The product is composed of gas chamber, low pressure chamber, cable chamber and so on. The inflatable compartment is three-phase common box type, including vacuum circuit breaker, three-station switch, bus assembly, etc.

  The inflatable compartment is equipped with a pressure relief device. When the pressure in the inflatable compartment exceeds the limit value, the pressure relief device will automatically open and release the gas to ensure the safety of the operator and other equipment
